It has one main subsidiary, Vogel Marketing Services in Ajman in the United Arab Emirates.

  • Vogel is a sales and marketing business mainly focuses on selling new build UK property to the Chinese, Indian and African community.

  • Vogel has an exclusive arrangement with three property companies within the UK.

UK Property and Residency


Globe Capital and its subsidiary Vogel Marketing Services offer the following services from the offices in Dubai and Hong Kong:

  • Purchase of UK property via a UK limited company, full letting service and 50% loan to value finance.
  • Tier 1 UK residence Visa complete with housing requirements and school introductions.
The company has an agreement with a London based estate agent who supplies all new West End property listings, these are then promoted to within the UAE to prospective buyers.

In addition to this the company has an exclusive agreement to sell new build properties in north London and Hertfordshire. Once sold the company though its UK office offer a full letting service.

Globe has a full service package where a client is helped on a step by step basis including Company formation, property conveyancing and mortgages.

In addition to the property business the company can obtain a Tier1 residence visa for foreign nationals who have a minimum of £2m to invest.
